Harvey’s death was not inevitable. Harvey died as a result of systemic failures that left him, and many other children, waiting in pain and uncertainty for essential lifesaving care and support. Harvey’s journey shines a light on the challenges families across Ireland are facing daily as they fight to access basic health, disability or educational services.
